CRAZY TRAIN GAME

Terms of Service

Last updated: 26 October 2026 · DRAFT – needs a legal check before launch

The short version (for players): play fair, be kind with your player name, ask a grown-up before buying anything, and have fun!

1. Who we are

LOCO-LOCO: Crazy Train Game ("the Game") is made by Guy-Designs, a trading name of Guy Whitwell, United Kingdom. Contact: support@playlocoloco.com.

2. Using the Game

You may download and play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial use. If you are under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian has read these terms with you. By playing you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

3. Player names and fair play

Player names must not include real names, rude words, or anything that says where you live or go to school. We may change or remove names and leaderboard scores that break these rules or that were made by cheating or modifying the Game.

4. Purchases

5. Adverts

The free Game shows some adverts: optional reward videos, and a short advert between runs (never during play). Remove Ads turns off the adverts between runs.

6. Your data

Your progress is saved on your device. You can wipe it at any time with Settings › Delete my data. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Changes and availability

We may update the Game, add or change content, and update these terms. We will show the new date above. We try hard to keep the Game working, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of bugs.

8. Ownership

The Game, its name, logo, characters, art, music and code belong to Guy Whitwell trading as Guy-Designs. Please don't copy, sell or reverse-engineer them.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the Game.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or EU you also keep the protections of your local consumer law.
