CRAZY TRAIN GAME

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026 · DRAFT – needs a legal check before launch

The short version (for players): LOCO-LOCO does not ask for your name, email or location, you don't need an account, and your game is saved on your own device.

1. Who we are

LOCO-LOCO: Crazy Train Game ("the Game") is made by Guy-Designs, a trading name of Guy Whitwell, United Kingdom. We are the data controller. Contact: support@playlocoloco.com.

2. What the Game stores

3. Crash reports (optional, off by default)

Players aged 13 and over can choose to switch on crash reports in Settings. A crash report contains technical details only (device model, operating system version, game version and what the Game was doing when it went wrong). It is used only to fix bugs. Crash reports cannot be switched on for players under 13, and a grown-up must agree before they are switched on.

4. Adverts

The free Game shows adverts using Google AdMob. For every player the Game asks AdMob to treat ad requests as child-directed (child-safe mode): no personalised or interest-based adverts, no remarketing, and only family-friendly adverts. AdMob may still use the device's advertising ID and IP address in a limited way to show and count adverts, prevent fraud and meet legal duties. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Buying Remove Ads turns off the adverts between runs.

5. Purchases

Optional purchases are handled by Google Play (or the Apple App Store). We never see or store your card or bank details; we only receive a receipt saying what was bought, so we can unlock it. There are no subscriptions: the Season Pass is a single 30-day payment that never renews automatically. Every purchase is behind a grown-up check in the Game, and purchases can be switched off in Settings.

6. Children

The Game is made for families and children aged 6 and up. We follow the UK Age Appropriate Design Code (Children's Code) and design for COPPA and GDPR: high privacy by default, no profiling, no nudges to share data, and no data sold to anyone.

7. Keeping, deleting and your rights

Because your data stays on your device, you are in control: Settings › Delete my data wipes everything, and uninstalling the Game removes it too. Crash reports (if switched on) are kept for up to 90 days. You can ask us about any data we hold, or ask us to delete it, at support@playlocoloco.com. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the Game.
